Maybe, maybe not, just think they are complete mugs if they turn down the money City are supposedly offering, given the state of their debt. And Spurs aren't finishing top 4 with or without Kane this season, its not as though keeping him is the difference between CL money and no CL money, they are deluded if they believe that.
