The lateness could also be dependent on Spurs finding a replacement first and maybe everythings in place ready for announcements to be made.
Its very quiet apart from social media kfa`s and nothing negative to come from either ourselves or Spurs so that makes me feel fairly optimistic.
It's just conjecture and optimism imo. Sure Spurs could be scouring Europe for a replacement but the indications still aren't there. Would they jeopardise a 120m+ move by allowing Kane to play Vs Wolves, why hasn't any journalist caught wind of it yet, why haven't Spurs began planting the seeds for his departure?
Unless Levy sells Kane for over 150m he loses credit and I just don't see City ever paying that sort of price
