because he's been a donkey all season?
I think most peoples reasons are his age combined with his injury record combined with potential fee. If the numtpy didn’t sign that long contract it would be a no brainer.

Agreed they need to give there heads a wobble! His finishing is staggeringly good. Add the fact he’s brilliant at everything else a striker needs to be and more. It’s amazing that some wouldn’t take him at City.
I still wouldn't.His finishing is staggeringly good. Add the fact he’s brilliant at everything else a striker needs to be and more. It’s amazing that some wouldn’t take him at City.

It seems to me the transfer fee is the ONLY major point making this deal a non-starter. Let's face it, if Kane were out of contract and available on a free, most of us would jump at the chance to sign him right? For me, there are just too many negatives to be excited about signing him. Hi stransfer fee would be way over the top, we could get Haaland, and cover his first years salary on what Kane would cost. He is certainly towards the end of his career, and has a history of injuries.
Add to the above, I would factor in his performances this season, when his head has been off. He would be under twice as much pressure with City, we have copped enough in the media about 100 mill Grealish, imagine how Kane's head would be if he couldn't score for us in the first few games? Much like Grealish and the rest of our squad, he wouldn't be playing every game unlike at Spurs, so his head could have been shot for a lot longer.
I understand he may well have scored a bucket load for us, but he could easily have gone the other way, as most struggle in their first season with City.
