The sticking point seems to be that Haaland doesn't want to come here. Its been made pretty clear we had no issue dealing with wages, Raiola, Dortmund or anything else. The lad himself needs to want to come here. Kane has made his position pretty clear and that is the clearest sign that we have given him the nod to start working on leaving.I fully expect Levy to say £150m minimum.
Doesn’t really matter if Dortmund hate us, ‘if’ Haaland says he wants us and no one else then there’s not a lot they can do.
The sticking point it seems with Haaland could be wages and agent fees, always thought this would be the case.
Wages I would have thought be the slightly easier of the two to get round.
Kane would be on £300k a week (reports)
So you could start Haaland on £250k-£300k a week with the understanding if he wants more, earn it.
I’m sure we’d have no problem paying him £500k a week if he becomes a £500k player.
If Conte convinces Kane he should stay at spuds then hes obviously not that interested in his legacy so good luck to him.
