Might as well shut forum down then if we’re only backing what Pep and the club say or do, they’re professionals after all.
It may shock you but Pep and City have made bad buys and bought the wrong player in the past.
I’ll give my opinions, I may be wrong, Pep may be wrong, City might be wrong and so might you.
It’s a forum for discussions and opinions, not blind faith.

He’s about as relevant to the discussion about Kane as Son is.

I remember people slagging Lukaku’s record against the big sides when he was at United. He left and fired Inter to a league title.

I’ve watched City waste a ton of chances in the big games this year. Create those chances for Kane and his record against the big 6 will not be a problem.
 
I would honestly rather give Torres a good run there next season than buy Harry Hotspur.

Pointless fella, he could score 10 in the next round and 4 assists. But they'd probably complain his post match interview made them fall asleep and miss Corrie.

I’ve very often given the old clenched lips, frown and a nod when seeing some of his finishes. He’s a great finisher!

But, just like with Raheem Sterling, I’ve never sat back at the end of a game and thought “wow, what’s a fucking player this lad is”.

Kane scored more and assisted more goals than Son in less PL appearances this season.

We also need a striker, not a wide forward.

I’d happily take Kane, Lewandowsi or Haaland this summer. They’re all world class strikers.

It’s fucking strange though how some people won’t acknowledge that Kane’s top class.

Other strikers have scored more goals than him, 3 out of the last 4 seasons. or 5 of the 7 in total he has been playing top level.

He is certainly amongst the top. For 100m+, bit of a stretch.

Isn’t blind faith, it’s a different level of stupid to not want the best striker in the league. Even more stupid to make things up why not to get him.
