To be fair it's up to the players where they go, Raiola arranges the financials but the players must have the final say.

De Ligt is playing for Juve, hardly a move to a backwater club and as a CB a great place to learn your trade in Italian football. He has lots of time to move on IF he wants.

Kane isn't happening for 100m, no chance.

Even if he was, Haaland would still be worth it, and Kane wouldn't, in my own opinion. I can see both being revisited (or actually formally looked at) before the window shuts.

Posters, generally seems to have stayed around a 50-50 split, but opinions more entrenched and exaggerated.

Club, impossible to tell one way or the other, as has been from the start.

Only if you choose to argue that. Nothing meaningful ho suggest that though. And of course Kane would play for free and there would be zero additional cost to getting the deal done.

Not bullshit for me,hence why i stated it as my reasoning.

He would be my first choice,but because i know Haaland is out there and is the better buy from several angles.....my excitement about Kane isn't at the level it otherwise would be.

Fair enough, entirely my bad.

Seen a fair few claim that most of those not up for Kane only think that way because Haaland exists (which itself there is nothing wrong with) so I mistakenly took the above as that.

Pretty much my thoughts, wouldn't be opposed to Kane if he was the only one out there available, would be over the moon actually, but as you say, Haaland just seems a better buy right now and my preferred choice.

I’ve ran out of energy doing the same when people repeat the same shit and I try and correct them. I said it yesterday but just sit back and enjoy the summer. Or once we buy Grealish are you going to continue to tell us why you don’t want him and why he won’t fit in our squad?

You know, I'll take that, for what its worth. There is tediousness and repetition, yours and everyone's included.

One thing I will point out though, I literally never once said I don't want Grealish. Pointing out someone needs to move for it to happen, doubting it might happen, isn't 'not wanting him', and I haven't said anything negative or judgemental on the player.

It's not going to happen at 100m, he is worth far more to Spurs than that, the question is, how far and how much are we prepared to go?
 
Kane has proven people wrong his entire career, including me.

One season wonder? Goes and scores even more. Can't keep it going? One of the most consistent strikers in PL history. Glass ankles and greedy? Gets the golden boot plus playmaker award and notches almost 50 club appearances.

Whether you rate him or not I'm pretty sure he'll continue to prove us wrong time and again.

An incredible professional with an elite mentality.
