Verane isn't any better than Bailey already seen him in the flesh & seen enough in the Euros so he doesn't make a big difference

Noticed in the bbc bullshit (gossip) column today that the Varrane signing is held up by the difficulty of getting overseas players to / through a medical due to covid travel restrictions. This possibly wipes out any advantage we may have in terms of taking Levy to the brink then looking elsewhere if he takes the piss :-(

Totally agree. At a push Sancho is slightly better than what they’ve already got and I honestly think Varane could become a figure of ridicule

What I find a bit odd is how worked up some people seem to get about transfer fees that haven't even been agreed of paid yet.

I definitely have views on what some players are worth but I don't care what the club spend so long as they can afford it.
