Harry Kane

Oh, Ornstein’s tweet suggests Kane was leaning towards staying. We’ll find out if he was saving face thinking Bayern wouldn’t pay up or if he was serious.

It’d show zero ambition if he turned it down, though.

I also wonder if Walker now not going might be why he was leaning to staying. He’d have no ‘ally’ there if he goes.

Bayern become CL contenders again with him upfront. It’s a no brainer transfer and perfectly prepares him for the Euro’s in Germany next summer.

Winning trophies for club and country would mean way more than a goal record, he can’t bottle this move surely.

Agree Bayern with Kane are a very strong contender now; puts them level with City in terms of chance imo.

Kane is what, 45 goals away?

I am surprised that he's gping to go, but I feel he can come back in 3 or 4 years, he'll be in his mid 30's and can slowly plug away at Shearer's record as he plays untill he's 4

47. He'll come back at 35, hoping to do it in 3 or 4 years, by which point Haaland will be like only 40 goals behind him, and closing in fast.
