Well for a start if they actually had a full account of what went on there from as many witnesses as they could find and some cctv even, then they would have been able to put all the bullshit ridiculous and changing versions of events that Maguire and the rags were putting out by the hour to bed and officially disprove them, presenting a full investigation and evidence.
