Looks a decent player from what i've seen and i'm sure Pep can make him better.
It just takes some getting used to for older fans like me that average players today are going for £50 million .

Pep has shown he can make anyone better.

He has turned Otamendi from a dog chasing a balloon, into quite a patient defender, who is currently one of the best around, Delph from a midfield dog chasing a balloon, into an intelligent skillful fullback, Silva from a lightweight attacking genius into a grafting midfield hardman/genius, the list goes on & on.

I'm sure he can get a huge improvement from someone like Dunne/Pollock lovechild Harry Maguire.

However, we could actually give him someone to work with, who is really good to start with, instead.

I really like this guy.

Needs to drop the body fat but he impressed me in his first game of the season at Arsenal.

Very composed, a more aggressive and heftier Stones.

He lacks Stones' pace, technique and experience despite being older.

He's good at bringing the ball out of the back, which is something we know Pep prizes in his CB's but every time he goes up against a small, twisty attacker he looks like a caveman trying to chase a mouse.

I do like him but it would be a bit of a gamble IMO.
