That depends a lot on the system you play and the coach.
Bonucci, who was regarded as one of the best passing defenders, never went past 90% even in his best years and during his last two seasons has been around 86-87%. That's because we don't play like Pep's teams. With all due respect, I doubt any of your defenders would reach those percentages with other coaches/teams.
