Harry Redknapp"City spent about £150million to get above us"

Wow, you guys really are the most bitter supporters EVER!

Is it because you haven't won anything for so long? You would think that the thought of you being safe in the knowledge that you MAY actually be close to winning a trophy would chill you out a bit, or make you a bit humble, but you lot are obsessed!!

I don't get this inferiority complex you have about Spurs?! Is it because you have such a shit record against us? I don't know, I really don't get it. And don't give me all this rubbish about Spurs fans, all supporters have their fair share of clowns, I'm sure you are no different, and I don't want to hear 'f'in cockneys', i'm sure you can come up with something better than that?!

So you don't like Redknapp, you guys gotta deal with it. At the end of it, it is mind games, you look way too much in to it. As said the other day, if you can't deal with them support someone else, as your gonna have to get used to it. I have no problem with Man City, I am happy that there is no longer a 'big 4' monopoly over the rest of the Premiership. Embrace the rivalry and stop being so bitter!!! It is wide open every season now, and it gives us all something to look forward to instead of being also rans.

I haven't come on here for a row, just trying to understand what your problem is...
Manchester City supporters, on a Manchester City Forum give their opinions on recent comments made by an obsessive Tootingham manager, whereby you decided, unprovoked, to log onto this website, read the comments you disapprove of and WE'RE the ones obsessed and bitter?

You want to run that logic by me again?

Spurs will be in 4th place before City play Blackburn on Monday night and the pressure will be on. All the points fritered away against the likes of Brum, Fulham etc will come back to haunt us.

Spurs will finish 4th.

Your beloved Spurs have pissed away plenty of points this season. They drew with Wigan at home. They are not better than City. It will be a close finish

If you're not a rag tosser than show some fucking positivity you doom merchant

Actually they LOST at home to the mighty Wigan.

Getting his excuses in early. He's saying it so that he cannot do wrong in the eyes of the media, fans and his employers.

Don't care how much we have spent and how much more we will need to spend, our owners want sucess both on and off the pitch and will no doubtedly spend whatever it takes. Whether opposition managers use that as an excuse for their own failings is up to them, I have no axe to grind with Spurs fans or anyone else (apart from rags). It was good that they broke the monopoly last year and I hope we will do enough to change the top four this year. If for any reason Spurs finish top four along with ourselves they have my congratulations. There isn't one city fan who could have influenced the take over which led to us becoming the wealthiest club on the planet no doubt if it had happened to spurs you would not see them complaining or indeed Harry complaining either. The final table IMO says it all on how well you have done for the season with an equal number of players in the 25 man squad rule, no doubt opposition fans will welcome the new Financial rules to try and even things out but as we all know these rules are bent in favour of the so called elite clubs.

Its all cause he cannot spend what he wants himself, well tough, and just concentrate on your own team.....its as though he has not spent a penny himself..look at the figures twitcher for the last 2 or 3 years on your own team...i know its like ,yeah we will mess this up again, but after that result saturday,we should now be a different animal, and have that belief, yes we are a top 4 team...So no wonder twitchers getting his excuses out already...

I see Twatknapp snr and jnr are all over skysports website writing off Arsenal now pmsl....

The pair of fucking media whores!

Edski Vega`s a rag ( well I assume that`s common knowledge ?) When the M.E.N first introduced their website, they had profiles and a Q and A on a few posters, Edski being one of them, amongst one or two other things his favourite match of all time ? Rags V Bayern Munich 1999, now, not conclusive on it`s own but f*ck me I would hope no self respecting City fan would have that as their favourite ever match.

Love him or hate him, and I hate him, he is a brilliant manager who is great in the transfer market but when it comes to mind games he comes accross as an absolute novice. The fact is that this club cannot afford to be unsuccessfull and last season, due to us not capitalising on significant games, we were in not claiming Champions League football. We cannot afford a reoccurance and that should be the priority ahead of the cup. Anything else is a failure. In another thread De Niro said the league has been shit and we should be winning it and not looking to hold on to fourth place - I agree with him wholeheartedly!
