Your beloved Spurs have pissed away plenty of points this season. They drew with Wigan at home. They are not better than City. It will be a close finish

If you're not a rag tosser than show some fucking positivity you doom merchant

Actually they LOST at home to the mighty Wigan.

Yes we did.

It was only home Premier League defeat since mid-December 2009 to date.

I'll refrain from reminding you how many home Premier League matches Manchester City have lost during the same period.

i would respond about how the league is based on points and not the number of home losses, but i won't

neither will i respond about city being above the spuds as i might get told off

but i might allude to your racism against arab owners, but then again maybe not

I think this is what he will say if we end up above them and finish fourth " What can I do, they spent 150 million to finish above us while I could not buy any striker in January because we don`t have the money Man City have "

Look, in reality, he's got a point.
He's an excellent manager and he's got a point. We've spent all this money and are just ahead of them.
They've spent nothing close and qualified for the CL last year, and are breathing down our necks this season.

He's trying to wind us up..clearly, and it's working. It's not personal, it's simply mind games. That's how it works. And we're all falling for it.

If you have the money you spend it. We do, they don't. Not our problem. It's how it is these days.

And to think there was a time where when I thought of clubs, I thought of the clubs lotto and handing out programs at the gate, and getting away with shit in school because you were on the starting team.

Money is core to every top club. But at the end of the day it's a wind.

You've to spend money to get to the top these days, and Harry Redknapp knows that.
And though it mightn't show now, it will in the next few seasons. It takes time to build a team. Get the right foundations down and a team can last forever.

He's having a go because we're a threat. Consider it a positive thing, nobody's having a go at Newcaslte or Wigan, why, because they are irrelevant.

This is just rivalry, nothing personal. Banter. But people on here get wound up so easily and become very hostile. But that's how it is it seems.

But for those City fans who can't "take it". Get used to it because hopefully it'll be around for many years to come.

spurs lol

wow as a city fan I really care about those cockernee twats.....not

[fucking great yawn]

How's your hero Keane getting on this season?.
Rag bullshit.
Ooops, forgot, the useless Cork gyppo scumbag was sacked. Again.
Fucking useless, a shit, embarassing excuse of a football manager.

He's not a mug. He knows how to get under our skin. This thread being exhibit A. The way to deal with it is to relax and throw back a barb or two, and don't be distracted by his 'personality'.

The 140m is none of his business, but if he wants to talk about it, fine. What have we got for our 140m quid? Yes, Harry, that's right, we're above you, have been all season. We're also in the FA Cup final. How did that competition go for you?

And only a short term bargain hunter thinks in those terms anyway. The real purpose of the money was to build a much younger and more complete squad, that with a couple of adjustments could kick on next year, and the year after... we really weren't thinking about getting ahead of you, we want to win the title. You can only say how you would like to have a go if only you had the money.

Poor Harry, why won't somebody give him the money? How many players has he signed at Tottenham? Well over 10. VDV aside (and I have reason to believe he was not Harry's target), nobody talks about them, because they're all in the bloody reserves. Small fees, big wages, no real value to the team, no chance of getting much back for them. That's exactly what City have moved away from.

We have a bunch of players established on loan who will be sold this summer. They have a bunch of players rotting in the reserves, practically unsaleable. We probably only need one winger and one utility man to kick on. Spurs will need plenty just to tread water. So let's do the maths at the start of next season and see how it looks. And I can't wait to see how our boys do with a year of premier league under their belts, and a proper pre-season.

If you're still in with a shout on the 10th, we'll be ready Harry, don't you worry.
