Hart and Sterling out for 4/5 weeks.

I'll hold council on it until I've seen him in a Pep team... Hopefully joe can adapt!!

Joe will be fine, he's a great keeper and in a pep team his defense (and holding midfielder) will be helping him, giving more options and being more responsible for bringing the ball out of defense

I think there is more behind it regarding England call ups
The Club were furious at the FA Cup match at Chelsea in February being moved to three days before the Champions League tie in Kiev.
With no thought towards the Premier League's co-efficient.

Payback perhaps?
Have some Dyke you Watch thief..

Although I have faith in Willy, we will miss Joe for the champs league games against PSG. He seems to excell in that competition.
Sterling also has saved his best for it.
After watching both Kompany and Otto go off injured last week it was like a recurring nightmare to see Joe and Sterling both get injured in the derby.
It's been one hell of an injury plagued season overall.

City hope Joe Hart will return from injury for the first leg of the CL tie vs PSG after scans showed damage not as bad as feared [Telegraph]
Guardian reporting the same. Bit surprising as he looked to be in a bit of discomfort. Not watched it on the box, but I remember him getting up and going down again. Will be a bonus if he only misses one game.

You just know the old git will stick to his 2 game rule and play willy

And he'll play Bony cos Sergio is "feeling a bit tired" after playing for the Argies

And he'll play MDM so he can get the weekends abberation out of his system

Willy to the rescue, this guy is gonna become a proper legend between now and end of the season,8 clean sheets in the league, and also to take us to CL glory

HE USED TO BE SHITE,BUT NOW HE'S ALRIGHT,WALKING IN A WILLY WONDERLAND
pmsl that cup performance puts him above joe in my eyes anyway ;)

I don't think it's weird that Pellegrini knew straight away how long they'd be out. Every other fucker that has gone down this season has been out for about that long so it's no surprise

Sterling confirmed as 6-8 weeks which is effectively season over.

I genuinely don't understand the criticism of Hart. I keep hearing his distribution is shite, but I've been watching games more closely because of it, and I just don't get it. There are times when he could have given the ball quickly to a defender, but if you look in front of that defender, there's fuck all - no real movement, no midfielders making runs ahead of that defender. This absolutely has to do with tactics. You watch our midfield when Hart gets the ball from say a corner or a free kick, and no one immediately makes a run forward. Every fucking player, bar Aguero, just turns around and ambles to the middle of the park. If he kicks long to Aguero, we're just hoping for him to do it on his own. It's just bollocks.
In past years Joe's distribution was dreadful. But maybe that was because of how the manager wanted him to play.

This year, Joe's distribution has gone up tremendously.

I've no problem with Joe in goal at all - one of our best players this season. Top 10 keeper in the world this year for me.

That's sad news for the lad, missing the Champions League Q-Final and possibly further when he's been our best player. I see the BBC reported his injury as a result of a 'challenge' by Mata, a bloomin hack at him more like, but hey don't let the facts get in the way!
