Has any City player not improved since last year?

I've been let down by Bluemoon. Been waiting calmly for someone to say 'Lescott', but no one's done it yet. I thought I was the only Blue who liked him, as he gets dogs abuse normally. I suppose Savic's performance against QPR has made people appreciate him.

I would agree he has come on as much as anyone but maybe because it is not as visible as say Milner due to the nature of the beast (defending vs attacking and scoring) i overlooked him as an example.

No not the only blue to like Lescott mate, i've allways rated him at city. Felt sorry for him last year when kept out of the team, would've had him at leftback(when Kolorov playing poorly) just to get him in the team!

Gonna put myself out there and say Joe Hart.
I think he's a fantastic keeper but his distribution is still not 100% and doesn't look to have improved at all over a year. His shot stopping is still excellent though as we saw from QPR this season / Tottenham last.

Kolarov has improved considerably this year or more likely his contribution to the team has been more noticeable, with his goals and assists coming at crucial times in crucial games.

He has been outstanding this year, yes occasionally he gets the odd run around and is caught out of position, but thats the nature of the beast if you are playing against a team that defends in numbers, and without Johnson playing, you need the full back to offer width to the side to stretch the opposition.

Crucial goals against Napoli and wolves, great assits for Yaya at QPR, Nasri at Wolves (cup), Marchena against Villareal. Plus an incredible work rate, which enables him to bomb up and down the flank constantly, deserves a lot more credit than he recieves.

Kompany.

He was world class last year tbh so it's hard to improve but he hasn't been as good as last season so far. He's not been shit though and we realised how much we miss him when he didn't play against QPR.

To be fair it was Bobby who switched him full time to center back. Agreed though that he has not quite hit the heights of last season.

his defending has been as good, but his passing and distribution from the back has been poor this season, still though, he is essential.

Johnson, maybe he just needs a good run of games but so far he's not been anywhere near his best.
