Has anyone put their central heating on yet?

Mrs Meup keeps moaning 'it's freezing'. Feels OK to me but she wants the heating on.
Not sure we can afford it! Hopefully it will be a long Champions League campaign.
Anyone got the heating on already?

I never use mine - when I get cold I just go round and mither the next door neighbour for 3 or 4 hours - he’s always got his heating on and I just get nice and warm and fuck off back home at bed time

Got woken up at 6:00 this morning by my 18 month old daughter, went downstairs and put the heating on for an hour as it was cold (for her)
I wasn't happy!!

I'm the kind of person who'd rather wear a coat indoors than put the heating on unnecessarily!!

wait until you get old - then you need a 2 bar electric fire on in front of your shins in August and the heating on from September - that £300 winter fuel allowance won't burn itself you know lol !!

Seriously though I do get pissed off by those fuckwits who think its their absolute right to wander around in Y fronts and a vest in a snow storm in January so have the heating cranked up all winter then bang on about greedy utility companies sending them huge bills..............................

It was chilly last night , i sleep with only as sheet over my head, i have several city throws as silva used to love kneading them so i got one of those out then five mins later i was too hot ! It was nice to snuggle up with that though, lots of her fur on it, it had been washed but that just washes the fur , it doesnt take it off

Been wearing shorts and t shirts since before lockdown, bedroom window wide open sleep on top of the duvet. I may have to put a hoodie on in december if i have to do some outside building work.

Couldn't put the heating on even if I wanted to though. Combi boiler is on the blink. I think the diaphragm expansion tank is f*cked. Engineer should be coming out on Thursday.
