Has anyone put their central heating on yet?

My central heating is on full blast it's freezing, is it too cold to snow as the saying goes?

:)
The too cold for snow thing is when there is a winter anticyclone , so well below freezing overnight and just over freezing by day , but no clouds in the air so no precipitation.

It’s too sunny to snow, I’ll give you that. Not a cloud in the sky!

Going to be a beautiful sunset this afternoon.

Anyone use an electric heater? I’m ploughing through money at the minute with the heating on. I’ve isolated it so it’s just the living room and bathroom but still. I’m much colder all the time than previous years.
Working from home I’m looking at electric heaters just to heat up where i work. Something that’s cheap to run.

It is depressing when I wake up in the morning around 6.30-7 and it is 13-14 in the house in spite of insulated loft and double-glazed windows. Go down to the kitchen for a glass of water and when I come back upstairs, the cat has already buried herself deep under a duvet.
Credit to the Victorians, they knew how to build damp free houses, but freezing as f.ck!
