I would say that we are probably 2 years at least from getting that kind of demand.

Yep and the fact they didn't sell out 8 games in the league this year.

They really don't mate, looking at 50k for CC games, I know were a way off that but I mean that's 26,000 empty seats!

My point, which you are clearly both ignoring, is that we only need to fill 44500 ish seats give or take the away support and we cant even do that. The Rags have about 75000 to fill.

If we had to fill 60000 for example cup games would be appallingly empty. FFS we couldnt even fill the stadium, with discounted offers for a cup quarter final with a semi against the Rags at Wembly for the first time in 30 years as a carrot!

I dont believe that the home games have all sold out - far too many empty seats - groups of them sometimes - to blame it on seasoncard holders not turning up.
