Has it ever been better than this?

I have been watching City for just over 50 years, and I have never felt as elated as I do now. I will always be grateful to Sheikh Mansour for choosing us. I just wish I wasn't as old as I am now (61) because we are just going to get better end better and I want to be there watching us win trophy after trophy. Forget the history, it's about the present and I am loving it.

I agree. This plus the 4-1 at ours felt different even from the other successes because there is no longer an argument .. we are better than them and they are afraid of us.
 
It was quite good when we first got bought by the Sheikh. Back then everyone got insanely jealous and I used to wake up each morning in anticipation for what was to come. Now that it's here I can safely say, NO, it's never been better than this!
Never ever thought back when I was young, I would, in my life see City as dominant as this. I swear I could almost cry right now. Vividly remember that day when Faustino Asprilla first came to Maine Road with Newcastle (just before the Oasis concert) and just marvelling at how the other clubs could get such players. Now, we have such an amazing team. The washed out blue looks imperial now.
 
Remeber decent teams of the past and was 7 years old when we won the League Cup and this is definitely as good as I can remember.

What makes this so good is the fact for the best part of 40 years we had the taunts, the banners, the Liverpool are our rivals, the media swooning over every rag word and the fucking nursery ryhmes from those that visit the swamp.

To be able to sit and look at them crumble and for our empire to grow is absolute Carma

It has never been better than this. But it has been as good.

Another league win soon is essential.

That would really make it City's golden era.
