Has Mark Hughes Impressed you

Over the last few weeks i have been Quitely impressed with the way Mark has handled a number of situations . He comes across verry self assured . He will have some major egos to handle over the comeing months .WE need a good start so the Press will get of his back . I am sure that even the Fans (like me ) who wanted him out last season will get right behind him & see what happens . &hopefully everything will turn out great

I was this impressed the last summer too, with those signings and what he said in the interviews. Then the team played an away match.

I support Hughes, but to impress he has to win some away matches.

yes i agree... Hughes has gone up a lot in preseason... and i truly believe that if we keep him as manager for the next couple of years we will have a world class manager at our hands... he knows how to talk, he is young and he knows the players mind since he played on the highest level himself... and he is truly great with the press... nothing bothers him... calm collected and well spoken... now he will learn how to change tactics along the way...

I have to admit I wanted him gone by last christmas and was begining to wander if he was NOT going to attract big names to the club, then he got Tevez and then ADE and now its a case of watch this space.

I Would hope to see a massive improvment in results considering we have spent £100m.

Im 100% Behind him as we all should be.

If at the end of the season we are still looking like a sack of shit then I think a change of manager should be thought about.

My only real worry about MH is that he seems a little immune to the word BUY SOME FUCKNG DEFENDERS . . . . .

Yes, he's handled that part well but it counts for nothing if he doesn't provide the goods on the pitch in the next 38 games. He needs to hit the ground running starting tommorow.
