Has Nasri been our biggest loss?

Its ironic that he tore the muscle from his thigh to his MASSIVE ass. Lots of cushioning there you'd think.
He's get in every other team in the league but fuck me he could have been twice as good as he usually is. Too mentally unstable to be a worldy.

OK tin hat on- I think Nasri is a lazy self obsessed little shit but we are missing him to a point. The fact that he might improve us speaks volumes of how far we have fell off... For me the player we are missing is James Milner. His high energy lung busting running made up for those players who generally cannot be arsed to get back or forward. He linked attack and defense better than anyone we have left. He was perhaps the most physical player we had in front of the defence. We have a bunch of lightweights (Silva,Sterling ,KdB ,Navas) who cannot match other sides sheer physical presence.
We are now a slow, predictable, lazy team reflecting the pillock of a Manager that our genius backroom boys lumbered us with.

Thought the same myself with Milner mate. A lot of our problems have been down to arrogance and a lack of fight. Somehow I don't think those issues will be solved when we get our poncey crab coward back who goes missing when the going gets tough. I don't think our away problems would have been so bad had we had Milner in there to give us a bit of fight which we've conssistently lacked this season. Milner has been a far, far greater loss than nasri

Not really setting the world alight at Liverpool think we did well to let him go when we did.

But they aren't missing what we are missing.

Milner's always had limited footballing ability compared to the more sklllful players in our team, but he brings high energy, workrate and commitment and that is certainly lacking in our team right now. So whilst he may not be the biggest footballing talent, he would improve our side, I have no doubt. It's about picking the best *team* and not just the best 11 players, isn't it?

Is Delph and upgrade on Milner? Not in my book.

Nasris stats speak for themselves. Excellent ball retention and decent pass stats with the odd vital goal or two. He frustrates the hell out of me at times but he's been missed. There's no doubt about it.

I agree. Big mistake letting him go.
The team has all the sass of
A continental team. We are lacking balls. I wouldn't mind some milner or one my fav de jong.

I think he's been a loss, but I also think its easy to romanticize over what you dont currently have. I think Pep will make or break him, he'll give him a chance in the new system and Nasri will either be a revelation or shipped out next January.

Hardly a big mistake if the greedy @@@@ didn't wanna stay we tried to keep him. Plus he's done nothing at the dippers to make me regret him leaving good luck to him.
