Pretty much the only time I ever eat hash browns is on a hotel breakfast. Always seems a good idea at the time, but invariably regret it. Too much grease in the morning is never wise.

I put mine in the oven and simply bake them.
Nice fried or scrambled egg on top, mushrooms and baked beans on the side along with Linda McCartney sausages
