Agreed, he is agreedy **** and we hate him. I bet we wouldn't have minded a couple of goals by the greedy **** at Everton would we? Still, we've got Dzeko and he's a nice bloke, so what's all the fuss about? I guess it comes down to a simple choice: a greedy **** or a shit player? Me votes for the greedy ****.

Lets use him for our own advantage, bring him back when Mario is due to return and take some of the press heat off Mario.

Whether you like it or not he is coming back very soon so we may as well get something out of it.

Tevez will not win us the title. Look at his body language in the few games he took part in at the start of the season. Did he look in the least bit arsed when he missed that penalty against Wigan? It was one of the most pathetic penalties I've seen. Was he doing all the running around, putting himself about and giving 100% like he used to? Not from where I was sitting he wasn't. He had no interest then and certainly wouldn't now. He's not in the least bit sorry for what he did, he can't wait to get away from this club and anyone who thinks he would just walk back in to the team after everything that's happened, give his all and start banging in the goals week after week, is totally deluded. Just getting him to come back to Manchester would be a hell of a challenge.

Rather than improve our title chances, I think it would derail them completely if Carlos returned. What impact would he have on the rest of the team? What message would it send if he just returned after everything that happened and all principles were put to one side? I dread to think. Despite last night, I get the impression team spirit in general is very good at the moment, let's not spoil it. Far too big a risk for me.

A) he will score goals.

B) his value will rise.

he doesnt need it. he scored over 50 goals for us with very little service. in terms of scoring a goal out of nothing, the lad is in the same bracket as Messi and Ronaldo. totally agree with the OP on this. id much rather wed sold him in January n brought in a replacement but if it comes down to winning the league with Tevez, or not winning it without him... I know which id choose. I love City alot more than i hate Tevez.

It's tough because he is no doubt a very good player. We've shown this season that we don't need him though so I'm not sure we can say we do now. We didn't need him when we had everyone fit and no suspensions so perhaps we just need those players?

Tevez wasn't involved in beating United 6-1, Spurs 5-1, Norwich 5-1 or any of our other good results this season.
