Have City been the love of your life?

Never the love of my life. Always an interest, a belonging. it matters. And has got more important since I got my S/T back in 2003 and started taking my daughter. City have the propensity to f*ck up my weekend or fill it with joy. I've experienced some brilliant times over the last 10 or so years and not many real downers (only Wigan FAC 2013 and Arsenal CS 2014).
But not the be-all and end-all - City is a social outlet for me - I go watch City home, away and abroad (when funds allow) with a great bunch of mates - and in the end, the 90 minutes in the middle of any match day is often just an opportunity to have a good day out f*cked up.

City will always be the love of my life because no matter what I will never turn my back on them and walk away its in my blood..

We were playing boro at maine road a several years ago when my mobile went off, one of the first ones, so a few fans near me were looking at me, My wife informs me one of my sons had been rushed into hospital with a collapsed lung, when the lads asked me if I was getting off I informed them my missus had told me to stay for the second half and meet her later at the Hospital.
I think we all knew then what the City means to me and all my family even if they can't get to the game they are behind the club.
I have spent some of my best days with my kids and wife at the Games weekends away with the wife on Leve blues weekenders etc and now my lads have grown up we still go to the games together.
Life without City would be much poorer
