yeah, go in and be firm - I don't think with any of this you should have any problems but in general in any sort of dispute you must approach things from a positive perspective (which doesn't mean aggressive but definitely assertive)

Can't believe it!!!

I have been saving up over the last year to help fund my way through university. I have been working part time on minimum wage. I'm going to university in September and this money was going to be a big help. I don't think I could save this amount of money up by September as well in order to replace it.
Apparently, according to the bank, I might have been a victim of identity fraud and the police are looking into it. I only realised the money was missing today but it apparently was withdrawn yesterday. I'm in so much shock and and haven't moved for the past hour :(

Most of these frauds originate at Indian processing centres and the banks know it. They are supposed to guarantee your data is secure when it goes outside the protection of EU legislation but really don't give a shit and cover it up.
