Have we turned into Rag Fans?

Not that bad and I don't think we will but looking at some of the 2 faced, hypocritical, stupid comments on the diving thread... maybe.

Some Blues think the cups are beneath them "it's only the League Cup semi-final"; some Blues think other clubs and other clubs' players are shit or a joke (even if they're good/excellent); some Blues are looking at sacking the manager even if we end up losing the league title by goal difference in our first title challenge since 1977; many sit there and not get behind the team all game and expect to be entertained or expect a comfortable win, if they don't get this some will start whinging like fuck calling players cunts who they want substituted after eight minutes (Nasri against Spurs, heard it off loads just in earshot around me in that game so fuck knows how many were at it all around the ground!); some Blues boo a player they don't like (Adam Johnson and Stefan Savic got little boos when their names were read out just before the game today!); some of the arrogant songs we sing make me cringe; every game thousands fuck off early...

I know I'm not liked for my views on fellow Blues but some of the shit I see and hear from some of them embarrasses me.

Churning out some of those songs certainly doesn't help. We've lost all sense of humility and gratefulness that were in this situation. I know some of you don't give a monkey's but I'd rather be successful and respected than successful and despised.
Easy tiger, one step at a time ye!

it's a broad church mate

40K+ people will always have different views

no different anywhere else

Offcourse we have become arrogant. That is what success does. You couldn't help it if you tried.

When did you last hear a funny chant like the "it's fookin' freezing, I wanna go home" at the Swamp?

We still have a very down to earth fanbase from my experience (this is with mostly local fans), even the old gallows humour hasn't disappeared yet, someone told me he had his rope ready after the Everton game. ;)

Of course I can't speak for 47,000 people but talk to a lot of people on the way to and at games.

Everyone at work called me an arrogant **** tonight. I said to them that all I did was say City won and in past years I never had as many opportunities to say that.
It's just jealousy. Who really cares what they think?

Yes mate, I don't like that at all - but my blood boils with the "where were you when you were shit" chant that we endure every week. This is more arrogant than anything City chant in my opinion.

This all day ^^

That's exactly my point,we will end up trying to explain that we are NOT glory hunters and have supported since year dot, that will go with being successful I'm afraid.I remember when i had my City shirt on abroad and people would wave and give you the thumbs up...not now.
