Have we turned into Rag Fans?

As ironic as it was to sing "we'll score when we want", that really made me cringe. Was always going to haunt us and makes us look like right arrogant gits.

Can we sing that instead of the plain stupid (because untrue) "score when we want"?

We just need to tone it down a little bit. Would be much better if we were humble, took defeats on the chin and just supported the team. We don't have a right to win every game and teams will defend for their lives against us. Let's just accept it, enjoy the challenge and go for it as best we can do. Then if we win it we can celebrate and if we don't then that's part of sport.

The majority of these threads lately are being done by WUM's.

The board is infested with them at them moment but unfortunately some people can't see it. The clues are there for all to see if you know what you're looking for?
 
Yes, a minority of our fans have become extremely arrogant and have completely lost all perspective since the takeover.

I'd point you to this forum over the last week. We had numerous threads calling for the managers head and calling him clueless because despite being top of the league, we got beat.

10 years ago we would be pissing ourselves if the rags did that.

You are assuming that all members are blues. They are not.

It's just a perception flouted about to somehow ridicule us for going to the top. I was returning from a recent event with 8 other people in the car. The Everton game was on and when the final whistle went a young lad in the back said 'Thank God, they're arragant mugs'. To this I asked if I was an arrogant mug as I'd sat in the car without a peep about the football. He then sheepishly said that we all were due to our circumstances at which I asked who he supported. No need to guess who it was and when it was pointed out to him that this was the perception of how the Rags act then he said it was just because they were winners and everyone was envious of them.

I then pointed out the league and left it at that. I think he got the point.
