Have you put on weight during the so called "lockdown"?

Me too. I'm not sure if I've lost weight, but I'm not eating as much. If you're sitting at home all day, you don't really feel hungry as often.
Absolutely, I go out for walks and bike rides, thats it.
I've reassessed life quite a bit throughout this.

No change as usual.

The only way I can put on 3-4lbs in a week is by being on holiday in an all inclusive hotel. Stuffing myself breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oh and drinking lots of beer.

Lost 20lbs. Walked between 6 to 12 miles per day with the wife. Eleven and a half today.

Would be more but drank every night because, “we deserved it after our walk”.

Well done! I've also lost 17lbs through lengthy walks with the dog. I live in a village and have now been down every overgrown public footpath within 4 miles of my house (and have the nettle stings to prove it)

I don’t have any scales but I’d estimate I’ve easily lost a stone, maybe more

Lost 6lbs, signed up to couch to 5k and on week 5, also signed up to run a 5 mile challenge end of June. Just about to head out for 16 minute run. Before locked down couldn't run for bus
