Season cards become available to Blue members at 9am on Thursday. What do you guys think my chances are of getting a pair of seats next to each other? Not fussed where we're sitting, I'd be more than happy in the third tier.
I saw that they sold out inside 90 minutes last season. Obviously I'll be trying from 9am onwards.. reckon my best bet would be on the phone or online?
Cheers

Let me tell you they are very good!
I know this as I was the beneficiary of a real slice of luck today.
At 4pm, whilst accessing the Season Ticket Renewal page on the website in preparation for Thursday's chaos, I found that the screen never greyed out with the usual message about no products available.
What happened was I could clearly see my name and at the bottom of the page were 2 season cards, Gold and Platinum, with a message select Seasoncard!
Straightaway my heart jumped and I selected Gold and was moved onto the select seat page. I could see from the stadium map that there appears to be seats available in most section less level 2 CB and East Stand.
I selected block 309, and can confirm that it was £544.50 which is the 10% increase that was muted. In fact all seats are 10% up. Even the kids in the family stand are now at £126.50 for gold.
When I selected the seat I wanted I moved to the checkout and attempted to pay. My problem was though that it appeared to want NO money! Yes, incredibly it let me check out with zero cost!
I checked my purchases and it showed 190 points added and the purchase complete for nothing! I even received an email showing I had bought the ticket for nothing! Clearly I realised this was a glitch, but was encouraged enough to ring the ticket office and was speaking to a real person within 2 minutes!
Anyway after I explained what had happened they were shocked I had managed to get access to buy a ticket but even more shocked it had cost nothing. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I was always wanting to pay for the ticket and for their part they agreed to sell me the ticket there and then for the £544.50.
Needless to say, when I logged back on later, once again the grey screen with 'No Product available' was back. Clearly there must have been some kind of website glitch from which I have benefited and now can avoid the chaos of Thursday.
What I will say though is that at a conservative estimate I think there is probably at least 1000-1500 seats available with many being together or only 1 seat apart.
Additionally, the website seemed fairly easy to use although with high volume this may be not the case. The good news is that once you select the seat you have exclusivity for 10 minutes to complete the checkout and you can see the clock tick down. Don't bother with the schemes at this point. You can add them later at your leisure. Just get the ticket, Gold or Platinum and get out of there fast. I can't promise you will get it for nothing though!
