They must have someone lined up to come in as manager but he'll face the same problems AVB had, trying to ease out the older players and bring other players through.
 
Calm down all..just think fergie will be down in his cellar bringin up a crate of red wine after this..you can bet your bottom dollar he had banked on him for there Re building so the way I look at it, is its another nail in there coffin and another string to our bow...

Nope, totally an Abramovich signing just like Torres. He saw how lucky they were to win the Champions League and can't be happy with a sixth place finish in the league, he saw City & Utd wanted the so called 'best prospect in europe' and went and got him.

Thank God we don't have an owner who does that.

Can't see Torres ever becoming the player he once was. Put a world class striker in the mix and it becomes a different mata altogether.

Don't claim to be in the know and im not in the know but the deal with chelsea was done 2 days after CL final Me yesterday
