dosn't look to bad a front line. Still think they need some work though, in terms of strength in depth.
De Bruyne goes to Chelsea this summer too, they've done a good job on replacing the old forwards, and I suspect Luizand Cahill will do well at centre half next year. They still need wing backs and a central midfielder to replace Lampard though I think. Gonna be an expensive summer for them!
You may have answered your own question there fella.manimanc said:i`m sure there`s a neatly folded up hanky with some big names scribbled on it just waiting to be ticked off after completion..

I like the way we're rolling at the moment and sticking to our principles
It sounds totally reasonable and plausible. Mancini/ City to agent "yes we are only offering a maximum of x per week wages and we do not guarantee anyone a starting position". I could also imagine Abramovich taking the opposite approach.
baldybouncer said:What a crazy way to announce which club you're moving to and he's not even mentioned Chelsea by name. Nothing on the CFC or LOSC websites! At the time of writing this even the BBC and Sky haven't picked up on it ... but the Daily Fail has ... surprise, surprise!!
no chance of chelsea worrying about ffp roman will just bung platini and his cronies with hush money...dctid said:jrb said:RandomJ said:Don't be stupid. Torres was showing signs of coming back to some kind of form at the end of the season. A good pre season and a few early goals and with the players he will have feeding him he could be lethal again. Chelsea are a very big threat next season.
Me, stupid?
Please.
What did he do against Barcelona? Nothing until the ball fell kindly to him and he rounded the Keeper.
What did he do against Bayern? Please remind me as I can't think of anything. Erm...
If you seriously think Torres is going to be a threat next season, then you need some TLC.
I'm more worried about United. If Vidic comes back fit and they sign a couple fo decent players, they will be our main challangers, not Chelsea.
Don't believe the hype.
Boas fucked then up big time - can have as many top playersas you want but i think we would all agree that the manager is the most important person in the team - had Chelski had an half decent manager at the start of the season instead of Boas then they would be much much higher
They will be competative next season and you should expect a few more quality additions
Going to be intersting with the FFP stuff thats going on
If it is Sky have fell for it!!SamTheGuru said:Aguero_Element said:is he defo joining them?
daaamn, oh well good luck to him, hopefully they will do what they did to tores....
Rumours are it was his fake twitter account.
