Help & Info: In and around the COMS

I have no idea why I said you can get trains from Victoria to Liverpool! I always go to Liverpool from Picadilly. I think my heads fried after spending 2 days looking at pretty much every travel option to Hamburg. My head's still spinning from train websites, plane websites, google maps etc.!

Tell you what we should do. Get all the bits of information away fans need to know and stick it in a PDF and sent it round their websites and forums and stuff. Not heard of City producing the leaflets like the Danes have done for us. The away fans would love info like:

Bars, travel, customs (i.e. no flares!), prices of things so they don't get ripped off etc.

I hope I can take my camera into the stadium (it's a Sony Cybershot DSC H2 one, for anybody that can tell me for sure). I'm a photographer for the HSV Supporters Club and pics of the game itself and of the fans is important! :-)
Good camera. And yes, you can take it in. Just put it in a small bag or a big pocket.

You can even take in inflatable objects too (apparently).

Fantastic idea for next season (should we make it of course).

From what I've seen, the visiting fans will be treated with the mutual respect we got from our friends at Schalke, and what we will get at Hamburg.

trains are expensive in the uk so you could get a shock. there are discounted fares but they have to be booked 7 days in advance and you won't be in a position to do that. no group fares like you have and no way you'll get 5 tickets to anywhere for 28 euros unless you want to go to the next station or two from the centre.

Here's the camera:
<a class="postlink" href="http://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en&q=Sony%20Cybershot%20DSC%20H2&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en ... a=N&tab=wi</a>

That should be fine. For Premier League games, it may look a bit out of place, but as it's UEFA Cup, you'd expect away fans to come and take cameras more than a normal league game, so you should be fine.

As someone said before, use the phrases:

"Who the f**k are Man Utd"
"We tried looking for Manchester Utd fans in Manchester today, but we couldn't find any"
and
"We came to watch the real Manchester team"

I'm sure you might get a few beers bought for you!
