Depending on your preference, and going off cars I've driven and can confirm are good to drive, I'd say either a Citroen C4 Cactus or a Mazda 3. Different types of car, but both are incredible to drive, Mazda is a bit sportier and nippier, Citroen is very soft and laid back. Out of the 2, I'd go for the Mazda (so much so, I actually bought one after having one as a rental car).
