Help Needed Noisy Neighbours

We had some self entitled brats move in next to us in last house about 30 years ago. Playing loud heavy metal music at all hours. Had quite a few run ins with them. They’d even put their speakers in the garden and have it blaring out. When confronted they really could not understand what the were doing wrong. One summer they were on a 2 week holiday and it was bliss. In the second week I heard noises one morning and noticed 2 scrotes breaking in through next doors window. I did nothing. I let them get in with and went back to bed.

Should have told the you'd give them a tenner for your neighbours stereo.

Same shit different night , in/ out 12 ish , in/out 3 ish, dog barking 3:45 , been up since

You can raise as an issue with your PCSO at their "surgery" that you believe it's uninsured (you can check on askmid but legally are only supposed to check your own car free) we had one towed from daughters cul de sac this way.
I've reported it via crimestoppers Web page , how effective that is, we'll see

The bit re: excluded from continuous insurance if it's in trade , is that applicable if the vehicle is kept on a public road ?

Does any of this help?

Nothing about insurance in that but Google returned this …

“Exceptions for Motor Traders
There are specific situations where vehicles may be uninsured without penalty:
Vehicles between registered keepers.
Vehicles held in stock by an authorized dealer.
Vehicles declared as off the road with a Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN).
In summary, motor traders must ensure that any vehicle parked on public roads is insured to avoid legal issues.”

It doesn’t seem easy to find a definitive answer (the above seems a bit contradictory). I would assume most traders would only park such vehicles on a public road for very short periods (maybe when moving cars around a forecourt for example) as their business insurance probably wouldn’t cover the vehicle for any damage received off business premises (such as another car clipping its wing mirror). If they caused an accident while off premises then they would probably be subject to driving without insurance unless they had those temporary plates on.

In short, get them reported if it’s left overnight on a public road.

Did online chat with GMP earlier and gave details of 3 uninsured vehicles and his pick up truck with an absolutely fucked tyre
Dvla notified over 2 of them being untaxed

Last resort which I'm reluctant to do atm is report him for drug driving , smokes weed all day

Never fret or frither with noisy neighbours and their late night shenanigans. Simply commence your own party during the Forenoon Watch aka 8am to mid day, with Wharfedale Dentons turned inward whilst playing "You Shook Me All Night Long" by the groovy AC/DC.

Rinse repeat until the noise abatement passes.
