It was Ipswich at home in 94, they cheered when we scored two early goals only for the game to get called off after about forty minutes.Talking of Cardiff, who remembers the game at Maine Road V Southampton where they had more fans than Southampton did? They’d had a game somewhere local called off and all came to ours instead. The North Stand was split into three. Cardiff next to the Kippax. City next to the Main Stand and Southampton in the middle.

we won the rearranged game 2-1.
I recall when Wilf McGuinness was managing United (not very well) while Matt Busby was still 'stalking the corridors' of Old Trafford.I was at the Bury match. I remember that Wilf McGuiness was their Manager and we all took the piss when he walked out with them for the warm up
