Seems pretty straight forward to me. Its a free raffle that you enter online. The only cock up is the delay in opening the site and the explanation of how to enter this "raffle".

I see no reason whatsoever to contact Cook, noone is guarenteed these Doves tickets.

The confirmation email told me that the first 2500 will get the chance - for 48 hours - to claim the tickets - if not the next in line will be offered them.
Bit worrying though as my card payment would not be authorised by my bank at first as the site didn't have enough security !
48 quid for a long sleeve t shirt though - I better get those tickets !!
And did you notice - it says home shirt 09-10, so we'll go through this again next year!

Am I the only one who's patiently waiting for the OS to come online before ordering rather than using the dodgy test site or phoning the call centre who think Doves tickets are being raffled? If I miss out on tickets because 2500 people have already took the gamble on them I'll be very dis-chuffed.

Another thing - I'm only ordering the shirt because I want the tickets. Can't justify the expense otherwise. Will we be able to cancel the pre-order if we don't get the first 2500 email?

Im waiting for the OS mate, cant risk my mums card on that insecure site.

I will also be pissed off if I dont get tickets, I got up at 8.45 to make sure I got them!
 
The person on Reception who has been fielding some calls was misinformed. The first 2500 shirt orders will be offered two free tickets each. If you order four shirts, you will be offered up to eight tickets. There is no raffle.

There is a software bug in the site, despite extensive testing last week and over the weekend. It will be fixed as soon as possible but the site cannot go live if it is not fixed, as it will crash.

The commitment to the first 2500 shirt orders has not been changed.
