The pair of tickets come with each shirt ordered, within the first 2500. If you order two and pay with the same credit car, you are entitled to four tickets.
If you have got through "the back door" and received an order confirmation, the order is valid. The problem is not with the transaction side of the site, it is a software bug in the video caching which will overload the servers.
Please don't use the Metronet url. You can call the Club and pre-order over the phone and you will be eligible for tickets.

Really apprecaite the club coming out and communicating with the fans!

Just quickly, do the tickets come with the shirt or do we have to "apply" for them, since i and a few others used the "back door" method early this morning.

Appreciate the response and appreciate you coming on to clear up the issues (you must have thick skin and be a brave fella lol) I'll give it an hour and if no joy I'll ring up, hopefully they wont have fielded 2500 phone calls by then lol

Anyway now your here and we know your a club insider, where's Tevez, Eto'o and Lescott lol ;o)

I just got this through:

Dear Mr Hombre Thank you for your email, we have your order ******* on the system.
You will receive an email before the date of the concert if you have been one of the successful 2,500 supporters. Once you receive this email you will have 48 hours in which to take up this opportunity, after which it will be passed on to the next supporter in line.
I hope this answers your query.

i ordered on the phone and the woman who took my email probably got it wrong, i've had no conformation email, i got the order number off her though, even if i don't get an email and i'm successful for tickets will they just be posted even if im not notified by email?

I have been a member since I joined in February but have not posted before.

Final clarification - you cannot apply for the tickets. The only way to obtain them, at present, is to pre-order a shirt by phone or online (eventually!).
