Ok, got on the site and it says 2 tickets per shirt, rang the club and they say one ticket per customer number. The woman on the phone also stated that if I ordered 2 shirts on my customer number I would only get 1 ticket, if I ordered 2 shirts on seperate customer numbers I would get 2 tickets ?

I need 4 tickets for me and the kids, so I need the site to be correct on numbers of tickets and I need to order the 2 shirts seperatley

I know that may sound complex but it may help some if you can follow what I mean lol

I've ordered through the metronet site site, recieved my email saying the first 2500 will have a chance to request a pair of tickets. No idea how to though?

Yea that's what I'v asked in the other thread. Dunno if you just e-mail retail@mcfc and ask for tickets or what?

I had trouble getting through so i phoned and was on the net.
The lass answered the phone first and said that the Doves tickets were only for on line purchases and even than the first 2000 customers would be put into a raffle for them.
I'll be contacting Mr Cook as it seems to be a typical City cock up
Surprise Surprise

Seems pretty straight forward to me. Its a free raffle that you enter online. The only cock up is the delay in opening the site and the explanation of how to enter this "raffle".

I see no reason whatsoever to contact Cook, noone is guarenteed these Doves tickets.

Is that what you're doing?

You reckon anyone actually responds on that address?
