Any bluemooners stayed here before or staying for the final? Looking for any decent boozers you can recommend? We are saying in the heart of Hemel in a Premier Inn. Looking on google maps and nightlife guides and cant really see much to be honest.

If you want a quiet drink there are pubs on the outskirts, Kings Langley and Hemel. However, if you fancy big chain boozers and some cheesey clubs, then get a cab to Watford town centre. Watford is a safe night out.

Plenty of fit women in Watford.

We're in the holiday inn... Not stayed here before but left it too late to get in Watford... Think we're literally opp Apsley train station which is about 10mins to Watford on train.... Only paid 47quid so can't complain....

We were looking at the prem inn as was 49 quid when we booked but being opp the train station just swung it for us as we are prob going back to Watford after the game as got a few mates who are staying there....

Cheers mate. We normally stay in Watford but most places were fully booked. Looks like a cab to Watford it is then.

three of us staying at the Holiday Inn Express at Apsley. Be down there for about 11am Saturday. Thinking about getting the train to Watford for the Wetherspoons big breakie on the High Street (£4.50). Then head to The Flag for a couple, then down to the roundabout.

This is a great location. And always loads of Blues. Great pub called the Papermill next door and a decent curry house just across the canal. Get to the Papermill at eleven tomorrow. 9 of us getting it started there.
