The last thing we need right now is to restructure management we need consistency.
The players like MH, most of his signings have been amazing and what he does in summer will be even better.
I would would give him till atleast the end of next season.

I think despite the problems and my annoyance at MH first part of the season we should stick with him for stability, but it will be no surprise if Mourinho or another manager comes, espeicially given MHs failure to turn around our away form. Motivating players seems the problem.
