Hip Hop is dying.

If you read the bbc piece about this woman it sounds like she's been hired to gut and fillet rap and seems happy to be doing it. It's always puzzled me how rap escaped the PC juggernaut with the lyrics and perceived violent culture, it'll be Rhianna shaking her arse next for the chopping block.
I'm no fan of rap but a lot of people are, before long there will be no edge to life.
 
Seems many on here are into old school hip-hop, I personally can't stand a lot of the younger generation of rappers with their mumbling and shit lyrics. J. Cole seems to be one of the few current rappers who has a bit of old school to him, whilst telling stories with his songs as opposed to just bragging about his money and women and drugs and cars.
