Hirving Lozano

Hi from a Dutch PSV-fan. Obviously we are very delighted if this transfer would become a done deal. Not ready for the Premier League, but very good for our league. And Hector Moreno and Andrés Guardado are also part of our squad, Chucky earlier said he would love to play with them.

Our technichal manager Marcel Brands denied everything this morning, but he's done that for every single signing the last couple of years. Is there any comment from Man.City site? Or journalist who asked arround?

David Gill will be looking to outlaw our buy-to-let strategy I reckon.

Haven't seen anything from City but the former Mexican National team, and current manager of Club America in the Liga MX, says it is a done deal.

How can you make these types of conclusions without ever watching the players?
Kinda answered your own question there haha. If it's a player they're unfamiliar with from a "weaker" league, must be a FFP buy to get a fee out of someone later. Despite this one going for a reported €20M and not €2M like the others. He was nailed on for Celta Vigo just last week at that quoted price.

It was a rhetorical question pretty much. It's not black and white like that where everyone we don't sign for big money is automatically just someone to make a profit on. Everyone is signed with the first team in mind, players like Yangel Herrera people think was a NYCFC buy but after watching 10 games I'm confident he is in our plans but not in the immediate future.

Chucky is a very talented player. He had been linked with United in the past on more than one occasion as I recall, so this is a little out of nowhere. I have a friend who is a Pachuca supporter so we'd discussed him regularly over the past few years.

Did this funny DBZ celebration after scoring a hat trick earlier this year:

20-22mil(euros)?? and loan him out? Surely we wouldnt pay a high amount like that then loan him out?

Unless of any last minute problems, Manchester City will pay €20-€22m to sign Hirving Lozano (21) before loaning him to PSV. [@martindelp]

City have no plans to use Lozano in the first team. The strategy is to increase his value and sell for profit. Pure business. [@martindelp]

Hirving will never play for City. The deal is purely business as CFG look to make a profit in the future. [@martindelp]

20m euros seems quite high fee for someone unlikely to play for City. Must have quite decent transfer budget this summer.

Please do tell us more Nostradomus.
You were saying? If he does end up signing, it's just a logical outcome, based on our clear change of strategy in recent windows.

You forgot the tweet where Martin Blackburn said we aren't signing him.

We obviously have a very competitive first team so many youth and incoming foreign youth will never play for us. That is not a shocking revelation, but to pretend like you know that in the absolute is fucking stupid.
