I agree with this, but it's also true that their culture is basically an apologist for inappropriate male sexual behaviour. Where girls are expected to behave virtuously in order to avoid unwanted attention from men, rather than men being expected to behave appropriately around women. I think most cultures have this to some extent, but conservative Muslim communities really do bring this to another level, and as its cultural, you don't have to be a devout Muslim to have those attitudes.Truth isn't that these people target white girls because they are "kafir" as you call them.

Asian girls generally come from protective, extended families within tighter knit communities, making them harder to access and the consequences more violent and immediate. It's not worth their while.

Let's be honest though, from a policing perspective these failures weren't due to a lack of surveillance, they were due to authorities doing fuck all about it when underage girls were literally coming to their door step and saying they'd been raped. When people point out that these rapes haven't been prosecuted because of lack of resources it doesn't explain the generational aspect of the crimes, many many of these crimes were committed when we had the police resources. Saying the wrong thing in this society can get you arrested but in certain areas of this country if you are a member of a certain religion or protected social class you can carry on regardless.
We as a society should be horrified by this shouldn't we? Where are the army of feminist activists? Where are the congregations of churches pushing against these crimes? In truth we've done little or nothing and more coverage in the media is given to micro aggressions and obscene twitter posts, under privileged children appear to not matter a jot.

People won’t talk about it and it’s why it probably went on longer than it needed to, which in itself is a horrifying crime from our authorities.

I've never understood why people use the term Asian or South Asia, instead of Pakistan. It seems to me that males from that country are the problem in most of these cases but there seems a reluctance to actually say it.
