Walking Football. It has transformed my life, I am 65 and play 3 or 4 times a week.

Same here although I'm a mere 63 year old. Started last November and the pleasure of a defence splitting pass or a shot into the roof of the net never gets old.

Guitar - good for the soul and I imagine as you get older helps keep hold of some of your faculties for a little longer..........

Used to enjoy assembling Airfix planes when I was a kid and attach them to my bedroom ceiling with cotton. Kids of today would probably run a mile at the thought. Bet there’s a small army of middle aged men still making them. I’m not one but I might get one and give it another go.
