Buy some acrylic paint, brushes, pallet knives and a canvas and have a go at abstract art.
The good thing is you don't have to be 'good at art' to have a go and you might end up with some pleasing results.
There are a lot of youtube videos on ideas and techniques.
Play some of your favourite tunes and let the creativity flow.
It's very relaxing and therapeutic.

Cooking as mentioned. Extremely rewarding and theraputic with little or no ' extra ' costs. Easy to start at whatever level you're comfortable with and any fuck ups can be rectified with madras powder and garlic. Unless of course you're baking croissants.
