Bit of a strange game, we looked very open and were a bit sloppy going forward. Sane was incredible, it was almost too easy for him at times, reminded me of Henry tonight.

Foden has everything and with a bit more luck could have had a couple of assists and a world class goal. His work ethic is amazing. His spatial awareness is amazing. His innate understand of when to pass is amazing. I'm a fan.

Just confirmed that on SSN. If we can avoid Atletico, I'd be happy. Smeone will have them on a diet on raw meat in the weeks running up to the game.

Slow start, indecisive in defence until Stones came off, Walker improved the shape, which calmed things down.

Once again a lot of missed chances, Sane and Sterling played well, Foden took a while to get into the flow of things but had a good second half and doesn't look out of place. Sane MOTM.

So it's A.Madrid, Schalke, Ajax or Roma for us next round. Draw on Monday.

Yes. Any of the teams through as winners other than Bayern could play Ajax so statistically we have less chance of playing them than the others.
