The big four bias is celar and I can imagine the bigwigs at the Premier League panicking at the thought of another team gatecrashing the party,

they still managed to get Liverpool in the Champions League when Everton finished fourth remember?? That stunk to high heaven,

Don't think the fixtures were rigged tho, as we aren't in Europe this year we should take advantage around September/October as all our rivals including Everton and Villa will be off playing in Europe in midweek.

I hate liverpool BUT they did win the trophy and were rightly put back in.
Why would the premier league panic about another club gatcrashing the party, they should be licking their lips at the thought of another club with loads of money generating more interest in the league/selling more sponsorship etc.
Theres a lot of paranoia about the so called big 4, the PL would love city to be in and around it.

I for one will support Hughes as long as the owners back him. His signings since day one have been class, after the last 30 odd years I have endured I will gladly put all my faith in the Sheikh and his decisions. We will get it right, we may just need a little patience. I hope to god none of that booing nonsense starts again. Let everyone else hate us, we need to stick together as fans and as a club because almost everyone would love to see us fail miserably. Siege mentality needed my friends!

6 out of our first 8 fixtures are difficult, if you go by last seasons form

Blackburn A
Wolves H
Portsmouth A
Arsenal H
Rags A
West Ham H
Villa A
Wigan A

We only got 7 points out of 21 in the same games, we should double that points tally at least. If we do get a good start we'll be in good shape for the rest of the season .
