Get over to the Canaries, Tenerife or Lanzarote
You can fly to Tenerife with Jet 2 next Tuesday and return ten days later on the Friday for £270 and that's both of you with luggage.

Check out Hilton in Dahab all inclusive through globallatedeals.com I came back a month or so ago. I booked for two weeks AI a touch over £1500 for the lot though, I had a sort my own transfers (pm if you want info)
