No mate but if it’s even remotely like Marrakesh then I’ll give it a miss, rather go to the Barry Island resort for a year.Have you been to Cairo. That takes some beating.

International jet setter your mother. Good on her. She’s off to Manchester in sept ; )
You'll like the trains (RENFE) clean, neat, tidy, where relatively cheap...... and on time, even have conductors on them. Great views from Barca to Valencia along the coast, espesially the nudist beaches :)I’m flying to Palma end of September, then a ferry to Barcelona, then train to Valencia, only booked flights in and out so far, will wing the rest aside from maybe the first couple of nights in majorca got 2 weeks to wander about
Sounds great mate :-) I better take a set of Bino’s for that journey thenYou'll like the trains (RENFE) clean, neat, tidy, where relatively cheap...... and on time, even have conductors on them. Great views from Barca to Valencia along the coast, espesially the nudist beaches :)

Hi Harry, been to Kalkan 6 times. Wife and I love the place. Stayed in the Pirat, Happy hotel and Kalamar hotel. Last time we were there was 2015 and if I remember rightly the exchange rate was something like 2.6. I see the rate is now 20.0 and inflation is about 80%. Used to eat quite a lot in the Alternatif. Just wondered if Kalkan is still as nice? How about the price of food and drink?Where you off mate ?
We got back from Kalkan (her dad lives there) a couple of months ago and going back but to Side in October.
Hiya mate, I’ve only been the once so can’t comment on any differences on niceness (I loved it though, and was pleased they’ve actually taken responsibility for the stray dogs in the area unlike many places in the world), I’ll ask my girlfriend when she gets back about those kind of changes as she’s obviously been loads visiting her dad and will know, but I can’t imagine it will have changed much at all since your last visit.Hi Harry, been to Kalkan 6 times.
