Which area? Ocho Rios, Negril etc?All inclusive, been booked a good while though.
Was hoping to get away next week but they want $2600 ea for a week in ochi and $3700 in Negril.

Stunning place. Nice quiet harbour with plenty of cafes, restaurants to sit, watch the world go by and soak up the sun. They have a market once a week there which used to be a decent walk round.Anyone been to Puerto Morgan in Gran Canaria? I like the look of it for an Easter break.
Just watch out for the potato and pea gangs. Basicillay they are a racket. You bet which cup (potato) the pea is under. At first they let people win. Then they end up putting more money down to win more. You then soon realise they start to lose. A crowd gathers round whilst one of them who pretends to be part of the crowd pick pockets everybody.
We watched it once from a cafe. The bar tender was telling us all about it.
Apart from that, everything else about it is very nice.

Nice. I love the place. Might have to settle for a last minute cuba next week though and Jamaica next year. EnjoyMontego Bay, it's not coming cheap, but it's a "big" event.

I will (hopefully), it's not a holiday I could do very often, as I said it's a bit of a big "life" event, my first time ever in the Caribean, though been to other exoctic places in the past.Enjoy
